This is only partially true. The Republican Party brought the initial documentation forward, however the Democratic Party was the reason for the legislation being signed into effect. Regardless, that’s irrelevant in modern day politics.

Intersex is not a fluctuating of sex. It’s a type of genetic anomaly/abnormality. There are no intermediate gametes, only sperm and ova.
