The Maxwell trial ended in 2021. He had every right to release all the files relating to that investigation. Not sure what the 2019 date is referring to. “it was under investigation” is not an excuse, it’s still actively being investigated even today, yet we could release the files. We’ve been a hell of a lot more transparent with the files than the last guy.
