What the French government does or does not condone as far as speech does not negate the fact that our government and our police force is fully willing to kill Americans in the streets if we cause too much trouble. That is why we don’t riot and we tend to just march… because we can’t fight for what’s right if we’re dead.

Didn’t stop anyone when Trump was president in the George Floyd riots. No one was killed or maimed by the police in those riots.

I’m not going to listen to a European explain shit about the country I’ve lived in my whole life. The riots during the BLM protests were not widespread, and many of them were not politically motivated but rather people who used the guise of protest in order to steal. It’s wild that you’re bringing up protests from five years ago bc it suits your narrative when peaceful protestors were shot with rubber bullets in Oregon this year and the NG is deployed into cities who don’t want them there.
