I don’t agree with Mr Talarico on plenty of things, but he’s one of the only Texas politicians actually striving to make my state better and he takes his faith seriously without pushing it down unbelievers’ throats. God bless the man, I’m sad he plans to retire from politics but I know he’ll keep doing good work.

I guess I was misinformed, I had heard that he announced plans to retire from legislature and become a pastor but clearly I was mistaken about that.
