The sad thing about American accomplishments is that most of them are -heavily exaggerated and mainly way less cool than you think -only possible because of a minority group that never will be recognized. -just straight up wrong/never happened.

“Patriots” if you’re using it disparagingly don’t brag about us inventions or point to innovation as a sign of the countries strength.

To be honest I wasn’t really referring to inventions since that’s more of an individual or team accomplishment than a country one. People in the US have invented a lot of great things.

The argument would be that something about the US facilitates innovation. I believe that is true but I think the current admin is ruining that.
