One of THE most evil people of the 20th century. Mass pedophile and rapist. Headed the NKVD, later KGB. Was a leading figure in orchestrating the Holodomor. I must be forgetting something aside from him being the organizer for the original Soviet nuke program. Stalin saw a Soviet atomic weapon before death because of Beria.
