If we’re using the logic that the majority of a group in a region can be used as a stand in for the whole group (as your saying, the majority of religious people being right wing evangelicals) then since the majority of people who voted did so for Trump, then the statement “the only voters are Trump voters” is true Which is obviously ridiculous

This makes no sense. Actually if I'm going with this, this is the assumption most people live on. I assume everyone voted for Trump because he won and I know I'm not the only one. If you talk to anyone abroad they always assume you voted for Trump.
