Are you joking? Trump spent the entirety of Biden’s presidency claiming that the election was rigged and stolen from him, and that with the democrats being in power, they would surely do the same again. If the Biden admin released it, it would’ve been perceived as political smear against his campaign opponent and would likely have been impeached on account of executive overreach and election interference
