I’m seeing a scary amount of anti-zionists fall into anti-Jewish / holocaust denial camps and it’s very scary. Being against Israel doesn’t mean hating Jewish people, it means being against anyone of any group persecuting another and committing genocide.

As an anti-Zionist, sometimes I see people co-opting hatred of the Palestinian genocide and saying shit like “Maybe the painter was right” and it’s incredibly horrifying. I guess people are so removed from how awful genocide is that they can comment rancid shit like that behind their phones, but it’s still disgusting

Exactly. The reason this is disgusting is because it is genocide. None are just, none are right, and none should ever be accepted as normal. We are better than this as humans. We all learned about the Holocaust and I’m sure when we were young we all vowed we would ensure it never happens again, we all thought we need to fight to make sure nobody is treated that way again. I remember thinking “why did they let this happen” when I was little- and now I see. Blind loyalty. Obedience. Racism.
