Where’s the evidence though? It’s also important to consider that the democratic party was so different back then before it started shifting towards socialism. Since then, their economies have been a wreck. Look at Joe Biden and Gavin Newsom’s economies. Trump is also pretty good at the whole economy thing judging by his first term
