In 1870, black men got the right to vote nationwide. In 1920, women got the right to vote nationwide. Not counting poll taxes, it wasn’t until 1933 poor people had the right to vote nationwide. Counting poll tax it wasn’t until 1966.

This is true but it feels important to point out that the primary target of poll taxes, literacy tests, etc. were Black voters. So counting those Black voters were de facto unable to vote in many parts of the country until the late 60s.

And now they just avoid all that by making our public institutions terrible, and spending billions into think-tanks and research into how to get people to vote for them, as idiots are far easier to manipulate
