this is partly due to the huge silver reserves running out for the first time in a long long time, and supply has not meet demand to have surplus and replenish those reserves. so now silver is in demand by manufacturing as well as a protection against economic issues

Tbf adjusted for inflation, silver reaching $50/oz in 1981 was something to the tune of $140-160 today. Silver to Gold ratio was also 20:1 at one point and we’re still a far cry away from that

All 3 metals are up. Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Oil is down. It’s everything combined together

im not denying that people are scared, but silver took many many many years to get to 50, which happened this year, and very suddenly hit 70. its supply/demand but now demand has increased because of investor weariness in addition to manufacturing's preexisting demand. gold? people are scared, and i cant really speak on platinum but i cant imagine its much different
