They got sued in multiple states because their advertising was so plainly misleading. They also are a terrible charity, using a disproportionate amount of funds for advertising. And they used that money for real estate deals too.

That was the Minnesota lawsuit. Minnesotans donated tons of money but barely any was spent inside Minnesota. It was all spent in New York instead.

I never understand why people are so quick to defend a company whenever they get sued for misleading advertising. It doesn't really matter if the consumers should've read the fine print imo. If there was an intent to mislead AND enough people were misled, that's definitely enough to be a problem

That’s almost purely because of Israel’s propaganda. They label ANYTHING that’s even remotely against them as antisemitic and treat it like a declaration of war, even if it has absolutely nothing to do with race or religion
