So have any ice agents been charged with the murder of Alex Pretti or are they just going to get away with a public execution??

They’ll get away with it. The admin pretends like they’re changing tactics (reassigning bonvino) but they’re still doubling down on the rhetoric that “bringing a firearm to a protest is escalating”, despite the 2nd amendment right; because they will avoid any and all potential acknowledgement that there is an increase in systemic brutality towards citizens that warrants carrying a weapon on you in fear of your life. TLDR: I don’t think so, just fascists doing fascist things

They’ll probably get pardoned, thus saving them from any federal charge of violating someone’s civil rights. For murder, the best way forward is for the state or city to pursue charges. The problem is whether they have sufficient evidence, because there’s no bodycam and the scene has probably been tampered with

You can’t be charged for self defense in the United states

Free speech was a mistake

Free speech is only for the government, so no it wasn’t. It doesn’t apply to collective/communal justice, however ;) Aka time to make Nazis afraid to be Nazis again.

Collective punishment violates the Geneva convention

The Geneva convention, created in response to the third Reich and their heinous crimes against humanity, is definitely not the best defense to cite in support of Nazis. Odd position to take to, given that I’m simply adopting the same rhetoric our soldiers created during world war 2 while we were at war with, you guessed it, Nazis.

And yes, I’m specifically talking about the holocaust, in case there’s any deniers amongst us.

I specifically stated: “Aka time to make Nazis afraid of being Nazis again”, so yes, “in support of Nazis”. (Especially given your history on here lol)

I was the only one pushing back against groypers on here at one point and when I stopped posting they multiplied. And I literally said the guy who said Alex deserved it shouldn’t have free speech. Nazis support ice

I’m against people who promote violence. That includes Nazis. So no, I’m not supporting Nazis

I think I got a bit mixed up, okay I’m sorry :( I thought you were one of the ppl who used to post the “America first” stuff, especially during the summer and last year, but I think I mistook your emoji for someone else’s (I think it was skateboard and some others?), and the “free speech was a mistake” made me instantly jump to that internally; but that’s on me for continually escalating :( it wasn’t until you called #1 a groyper that I realized I was wrong, which in hindsight is silly and now

(taking that long to realize I was wrong is what was silly in hindsight, for clarification; not calling that little gremlin a groyper bc that’s accurate as fuck)

Ahh okay I see wym; with all due respect i see Nazis as inherently violent given their ideological wishes to revoke the rights (and possibly life) of others, so my earlier statement regarding punching Nazis was originating from an internal perspective of seeing that as inherently and fundamentally self-defense, but I do see what you mean though.

It’s ok. Don’t be sad. I did post America first at one point a few years ago but not in the way you think. So you might be remembering correctly. I was communist and my emoji was 🪓. I’m sorry. Let’s be friends

I believe people who promote violence should be legally prosecuted, not attacked by vigilantes in the street

Yeah I think I might’ve been internally conflating multiple people’s perspectives accidentally, it was a while back so I’m sorry!!! I agree regarding the second point about legal prosecution, I guess my only thing is I don’t have faith in our institutions to actually prosecute people in the name of justice, rather the name of maintaining power?
