Jury nullification booyah But it’s rare because they do some pretty good screening to pick witnesses

Anytime I see someone asking about jury nullification on the internet I assume they’re either a cop or have no idea how much of a surveillance state we actually live in.

Also, I just wouldn’t try to do that myself unless it was actually unjust or whatever- doing it just to do it would just harm society (of course it can be good sometimes unless you’re using it to pardon the mfers who lynched black people)

yeah voir dire is rough. but not infallible. im talking about cases involving protesters or people charged for resisting ICE. if you have the chance, nullify.

and thats fair/right. luckily im neither, i just dgaf and know that if they wanna charge ppl then other ppl shouldbe aware that they have a duty to their community to do what they can for acquittal. bc we both know nb did shit, and if they did its justified. i was joking. been knew what it was. just a reminder for everyone else that its an option if u get called up
