God what I would give to see insurance executives left out on the street to starve like the pieces of shit they are.

Fuck health insurance! It’s FUCKING EVIL. Car and home insurance tho? I’m chill with that, as long as companies are held accountable and actually cover what they say they will when you pay

This is just childish. Violence won’t solve anything. Companies playing a role in the marketplace and the executives who run them are not villains. If you want someone else to pay for your healthcare, you will need to fight for that politically. Channel that vague sense of unfairness into something useful.

Financial ruin isn’t violence. If it was, every insurance executive on the planet would be getting sued for assault every day.

Isn’t it funny when violence is only wrong when it’s inflicted by the oppressed onto the oppressor.

good! i hope they all loose every dollar they have and all bankrupt, i hope every higher up in those companies goes homeless and i hope every single one crashes and burns so we can have humane non-for-profit healthcare systems

man, if only there weren’t big companies paying politicians to keep healthcare private, i wonder what those companies are? don’t act stupid, these companies deserve to burn and their higher ups deserve death. it’s systematic murder for profit.

Murder has a definition and running a health insurance company isn’t it

Healthcare is expand and someone pays for it. Yes the system is messed up. There are reasons it got to be how it is. If you want Medicare for all that is something to fight for politically. I don’t like private health insurance either but saying their executives therefore deserve to die is just unfocused rage and frustration.

It is not in human nature to provide non profit healthcare at the scale of a country. Maybe possible if you are in like a highly collectivist ethnostate that is even capable of it and is low in corruption. That is not america. We rely on capitalism to provide goods and services at low prices

the united states is literally the only developed country that doesn’t have universal healthcare. literally the entire world works on a non profit healthcare system. you cannot be this dumb

Health insurance is evil, but all insurance is still a scam. Fundamentally, their goal as a company is to provide as little as possible of the service that you pay them to provide. It is by definition a scam.

It’s not “non-profit”. Right now, the majority of our taxes go towards “healthcare”. But that money isn’t going to doctors. It’s going to insurance companies, to subsidize people who can’t afford the astronomical prices that charge their customers. All we’re asking is for the tax money to go directly to doctors, and health insurance to be removed from society.

Also. There wasn’t enough space to add this, but those same insurance companies that overcharge companies also UNDER PAY doctors when they’re forced to actually provide the service that they claim to provide. And because of this, hospitals keep raising prices in anticipation of them being negotiated down to fucking pennies. Which again, is why we just want the tax money to go directly to doctors, instead of these yacht-loving freaks who profit off of scams and human suffering.

There is no excuse or angle for defending the health insurance industry. There is no base to stand on. It is fundamentally evil and immoral.

Health insurance has a 5% margin. If you think it can be done cheaper and better, go do it. Then you can help all the people you want
