This is a generalized statement, but conservatives rarely talk about systemic problems unless they have a solution and know exactly how it’ll play out. Liberals verbally address problems regardless and are more willing to experiment with unknowns.

I don’t think that’s true at all, conservatives take pot shots at systemic issues all the time. Look at tariff policy, immigration policy, childcare policy…etc

Trump isn’t a traditional conservative and tariffs. He’s still a conservative though

I Mean when you’re talking about conservatives I assume you aren’t trying to have a purely historical conversation though? People who go by conservative today have been in the trump camp for a decade by now, those are the people I’m talking about. And there’s nothing pragmatic about that camp
