It is I, Archibald Vanderbilt VI to give my opinion: The US hasn’t invented in their culture assimilation modifiers and they’re already near their cap of accepted cultures without suffering significant debuffs Rn the meta is to get your primary culture to be as hateful towards the target culture as possible to maximize the assimilation speed
