No they did not. They have ruled that federal Judges do not have the jurisdiction to block the President. The Supreme Court still has the power to overturn anything non constitutional.

As of today, the Supreme Court has given Trump the power to write basically any executive order, and there’s nothing anybody can do about it.

The Supreme Court refuses to do anything against Trump. It’s the same votes every time. It’s a horrible ruling and you know it. Pretends the majority was democrats, and the president was AOC, and think about how you would feel about this ruling. What OP claimed is true in practice, even if it isn’t technically true on paper.

No they didn’t. The constitution is quite clear. If state law and federal law are in conflict the federal law is the one that will be enforced. The president is checked by the Supreme Court, there is no provision for granting power over the president to any other court.

Federal courts have never had the power to overturn the executive. National injunctions were used 11 times before trump came into office. It’s a political move, and a blatant overstep of the federal judiciary
