Even if it is true, does it not make sense to ask an NYC financier to make a campaign contribution to a federal official who represents part of NYC’s campaign? His wealth and status is literally what helped him do what he did. It’s like accusing a script writer of assaulting actresses with Weinstein simply because the writer asked Weinstein to pick up his script.
