also the ICC does tend to go after states counter to NATO interests more often than not, it’s actually one of the biggest criticisms of the ICC that they often only go after the war criminals the West doesn’t like. Going after Netanyahu is historic for being a break in that trend.

I mean most western aligned nations really make an effort to not war crime so that would make sense. I 100% think he should be in jail in The Hague, but so should whoever fired this missile as well as many members of HAMAS. And Putin, Putin should have his own wing of the international criminal court.

Just kind of fucked up, the doctors nurses and Patient’s aren’t responsible for that like the ones in the Gaza hospitals weren’t responsible for October 7th.

I mean even you know that’s not true, the most famous war crime in Iraq resulted in 17 soldiers being charged by the army for crimes.
