US Politics on Sidechat | Hard disagree. Colleges either have to allow them or get sued. Something most of them can’t afford. It happened at my school. Someone wanted a TP chapter, the school said no, they tried to sue.

Colleges have a duty to block hate groups. Hopefully when we get competent people who aren't racist in office we can finally designate tpuse as a hate/domestic terrorist group.

I agree with you on the last part but if a school isn’t private, and can’t site a fear of safety they don’t have much to say unfortunately. We may hate it but until they get designated as a hate group they are subjected to the first amendment.
