i don’t quite grasp this comparison … say my university is on a native reservation (aka stolen land). if a frat party here is exclusive and you’re not allowed inside, then that’s just what they would prefer. now, if a frat decides you’re not welcome at this university, then they’d have to go through the formal measures to attempt to get you removed. you can still commit illegal acts on stolen land, but unconventionally existing here is NOT illegal.
