I’m trans and in Iowa. The dem candidate running for senate is Turek, who has explicitly said he wants to take away trans healthcare. I understand that he might go on to do some good, but also I worry him winning in such a deep red state will make the National Dems learn the wrong lesson. That lesson being you can throw trans people under the bus and it’s a winning strategy
