Republicans win, democrats are losers, and progressives are stupid suckers. Platner should not have dropped out, he should’ve exerted maximum leverage to have the party pick someone of his same policy views before bowing out. Progressives don’t understand leverage, the Democratic Party is the enemy that allowed Trump and his cronies to power in the first place
