We, the US, were not the good guys. We did not even defeat the nazis, the USSR did that. We also took a bunch of nazis back with us to work as scientists. Do I even need to mention how we nuked Japan? And then made a movie glorifying it recently?
As obvious as it is that we were the good guys, the Allies of WW2 also did some very questionable stuff. Not nearly as bad as the Axis tho
