That’s essentially what they’re doing every time they talk about how great the gdp or the stock market is doing.

To my reading of this, we are discussing neoliberalism, and this is also the Democrats platform. Particularly since the 1990s and Bill Clinton found success the Democrats with suppressing black uprising in urban areas with increased police presence and direct crackdowns.
