For the people asking who. Minneapolis police chief Brian O'Hara says that the victim was a 37-year-old white man and US citizen with no criminal record and that he was a legally permitted gun owner. His name is Alex Pretti. His family said he was an ICU nurse.

also it’s not illegal to film law enforcement or immigration officers btw. He wasn’t a threat to them at all. ICE aren’t trained well enough to handle de-escalation. They wear masks despite ironically bitching about wearing them back in 2020. If they were operating ethically and lawfully, they shouldn’t be so damn afraid of a camera and law abiding gun carrying citizen protected by the 2nd amendment. Fascism is everyone’s beeswax when this is SUPPOSED to be a free nation.
