He’s still allowed there because there’s no rule about being so old and frail that you have to be removed from senate. And the senate would never vote for that rule because a lot of senators are old and frail.

Used to really dislike the guy now it’s painfully obvious that he is not even viewed a a human by his own peers just a place keeper holding a seat.

i dont think ive seen him change his facial expression a single time, and that means he hasnt spoken. its like his face is frozen, and he can only throw up the peace sign or wave
