there isnt much of a nonbiased way to explain it. overall its probably more bad than good, weighing how america historically does regime changes, steals natural resources, and leaves the people poor and with a power vacuum against the american people having i guess cheaper oil and such, though im pretty sure theres a limit to how cheap given the cost of production. and then the super rich american oil guys are really the winners here, they just go in and profit
now maduro was a dictator who lost an election and didnt transfer power. he might have claimed (i think i remember this) that the united states was influencing their election, which i dont doubt, but he still sat and didnt give a shit about democracy. theyre going to try him for being a drug kingpin? which i really dont think will happen, and that seems a common sentiment. venezuela has not been listed as even near the top source for drugs entering the us, and probably not much at all.
so maduro out, maybe good. power vacuum, probably bad. potential for forever war, not good. american imperialism for the thousandth time, depends on you. oil prices probably down, good depending on you. oil dependency on allies and enemies reduced, good maybe. american oil barons get richer, not good.
