This is gonna be 2 very unpopular opinions but I personally believe we have to elect a straight male because American runs on bigotry. Our platform can’t just be “ hating trump” all the time. We have to be able to sway people that are in the middle.

Newsom will never be attacked over “he keeps changing his race” and “but he had a relationship with someone 30 years ago and slept his way up to VP from there” like Harris did. The misogyny and racism goes away. People are forced to talk about real criticisms
