It’s hilarious to me that establishment dems are so blinded by money that they can’t see the writing on the wall. Stevens boiled her entire campaign down to “well I’ve already been to Washington so why not send me again” as if sending the exact same people for decades has actually led to any progress. You’d think DNC leadership would at least strategize around the increasing disdain for the wealthy but I guess it makes sense they wouldn’t when that’s who pays them the second they get elected
