Yeah peep the agreement the dod made with google, xai, and ChatGPT that allowed them basically do whatever they want with those ai agents. Anthropic wanted to include a caveat that says that the dod can’t use their ai to conduct domestic surveillance or lethal ai strikes without a human in the loop and the pentagon said that excluding those use cases was a threat to national security.
