It’s hard to be cheerful about having to work for the rest of my life and getting fractions of what I earn for my boss and then going home and giving most of that to my landlord.

“These generations are all depressed and abusing substances” yeah I have to do something when I get home and remember how much I work I won’t get a house for decades and decades if ever

I have a bachelors of science and am still very lucky in most areas of life but sometimes it’s just. It just hits me. Im exhausting myself for a boss who can’t remember my name and sending most of that money to a landlord who despises me.
