no they cannot. Israel recognizes same-sex marriages performed in other countries but has no process for same-sex couples to marry. moreover, Israel does have a non-secular civil union, but it is explicitly not offered to same sex couples.

i mean technically there’s a way to get remotely married from utah while in Israel, but a zoom marriage via a different country being recognized for same-sex couples isn’t really an lgtbq rights victory
