only reason I say scotus first is because if ice and cbp is dismantled first, I fear the current SCOTUS will reinstate them with full legal backing for their ethnic cleansing. if somehow, someway, this election occurs without Trump weaponizing it and activating the guard nationwide (like his drafted executive order plans to do), we need to secure the Supreme Court with people known to be antifascist. not just merely pro-institution scabs, genuine antifascists, or it won’t matter in the long term
