Lol no the joke in the show is that Lois says something super obvious, like the most baseline, no-one-could-disagree statement, and everyone starts cheering like she just said something profound. It’s basically Family Guy making fun of how easy it is to win people over with empty, feel-good statements instead of anything actually thoughtful or substantive. It’s less about the specific issue and more about how people react to it
