This is the most cringe and privileged position to have. People will unironically see a 3 month aid pause in Gaza, and a president encouraging ethnic cleansing vs Kamala and see no difference.boariskarloff
Dude just wanted a president who’d actually push buttons on the death machine instead of sitting there idlyBiden sent people back to work? The states were the ones that controlled when they reopened. The CDC has no rulemaking authority aside from the border. The state and local governments actually control public health laws, and *sometimes* (*cough* Florida) choose to follow the CDC guidelines
Notice how that literally has nothing to do with my arguement. The U.S. having secret ops doesn’t mean we don’t live in the most prosperous and peaceful times. Also we can go through Soviet actions during the time if you rlly want to make the comparison. Can you name a time period where the world was more peaceful or more prosperous?
I looked at the pdf I still have no idea what this has to do with my argument at all. Lmao does military bases = conflict. Notice how every single time I make an argument you reference random adjacent things. I’ll ask again bc I read your pdf I’m sure you’ll answer this time can name a more peaceful or prosperous time period?
Also he makes a lot of claims in the book and doesn’t rlly reference anything lol. Even if it had anything to do with my argument, Idk if I’m just supposed to take him at face value or if I’m supposed to explore every random historical claim he makes to make sure he’s representing it correctly. This would be like me sending you a random book who someone who just agrees with me with no source lol idk what I was supposed to take away from that.
God FORBID I reference a book, holyyy 😭 Technological advances have made things better yes, but again, all of the luxuries that you and I enjoy are only supported by violence and exploitation. The “order” you enjoy is maintained through domination and violence. What about this is unclear to you? Also
I mean I can show you a wiki of a communist mass killing if this is the arguments we’re making. I love the headline screenshots these are super convincing. I wish I lived in your very simple world of random wiki articles, random headlines and poorly sourced papers that just agree with all your preconceived opinions.
Ok thank you for actually engaging I like that you could have been doing this the entire time. No that isn’t the point the point is that your evaluation of things arbitrary that obviously the U.S. system has been working relative to other systems. Now if you want to say things can improve I would agree, but relative to other actors the U.S. has been historically good for the world.
Which is historically true, Israel has historically been an ally and has been supported by the American public, that has shifted slightly since the beginning of the war (for democrats). Regardless I agree you can think Israeli action has gone to far, I think Kamala and Biden did more to push Israel in the right direction compared to Trump.
Wait so why did you bring up the moldy aid idk how that would mean Biden is bad for giving aid? If it wasn’t purposeful, are you arguing it was negligent? Do you expect zero percent of aid to be moldy I feel like if you can go to the store and find moldy bread I’m assuming getting food into an active war zone with zero mold during a war going on for years would be pretty impossible.
Best thing I can think of is constant airdrops but use whatever system Israel has for messaging Gazan cell phones (with or without their consent) and drop a ton of flyers ahead of time warning people to clear a certain area. Make sure it’s a low wind day and/or there’s a large area free of tents and people, and just drop as much aid as possible
