Biden sent people back to work? The states were the ones that controlled when they reopened. The CDC has no rulemaking authority aside from the border. The state and local governments actually control public health laws, and *sometimes* (*cough* Florida) choose to follow the CDC guidelines

I mean, the pier wasn’t a bad idea to begin with. I’d’ve just thrown more money at transporting more food, water, fuel, etc over there. Idk for sure tho because I don’t have an entire staff to help me work it out

The pier took surprisingly long and then broke because of rough seas that they should have foreseen. That was arguably more for optics than airdropping aid (happy to be proven otherwise though)

No need to be hostile 💀 I’ve considered this but it’s pretty dangerous and there’s almost no room for error. And you’d make the pilot incredibly vulnerable to any attack if Hamas or another org tries to do something

Best thing I can think of is constant airdrops but use whatever system Israel has for messaging Gazan cell phones (with or without their consent) and drop a ton of flyers ahead of time warning people to clear a certain area. Make sure it’s a low wind day and/or there’s a large area free of tents and people, and just drop as much aid as possible
