I believe the average liberal people of color are hyperfocused on things like systemic racism & racial inequality in general so much so that it becomes an unnecessary everyday burden. IMO, there’s a huge difference in POC who don’t believe systemic racism & racial inequality is still weighing them down, TO THE EXTENT that it was, in the 21st century- they become doctors, lawyers, judges, CEO’s, the list goes on. The left pushes a narrative that POC need extra assistance to take on these roles

No yeah I agree that being hyper focused on negative things results in lacking results. I’m not sure if you know what DEIA’s purpose actually was. It was a requirement in place so that you had to seek equal opportunity, not that you had to choose somebody over another because of a certain reason, the A is always omitted because it stands for accessibility. DEIA required the government to seek candidates from all neighborhoods, not just certain areas where there tends to be higher output.

It was super helpful because it allowed people with great potential to actually be considered. Now that’s not the case so there is less outreach for opportunities and employment to lower output neighborhoods. Which stunts the potential growth that these neighborhoods could have.
