I don't think they "fail to deliver". I think they actively try to make things worse to appease thier donors and corporate friends who's interests are not aligned with normal working people but with the profit motive.

And the DNC does absolutely nothing to stop them, while also slowly but surely conceding and adopting their policies. how long will it take for us to recognize that they fundamentally want the same thing, but they’re trying to gaslight us into thinking we still have a sense of freedom through meaningless election cycles, and that’s why they can’t openly adopt the same exact policies (instead relying on wedge issues to fuel American politics)
