It was the prime minister of the Houthi rebel faction. Salem Saleh bin Braik, the prime minister of Yemen, is still alive.

Please stop trying to justifying making it out to seem like this was a bad thing. As much as Israel is evil, Houthi rebels genuinely rape their citizens and women and are not people we should ever defend.
