I like ACO but she is NOT running for President 🤦‍♂️ That was made pretty clear after the Taiwan question.
Honestly Newsom probably isn’t gonna win the primary it’s probably gonna be AOC the main reason a lot of people think it’s Newsom is a lot of RW pundits talk about him cause they’re projecting who they’d pick if they were democrats most Dems will pick AOC

Right, because the most important issue on every American voter’s mind is Taiwan.

Why would any member of the American electorate give a shit what promises we make to the “We’re the REAL China!” LARPers who haven’t touched their country’s mainland in over 70 years? Viserys Targaryen III ass country.

They don’t care about “Taiwan” as a geography quiz answer. They care about car prices, iPhones, GPUs, and whether their employer can get components. Taiwan controls ~90% of advanced chip fabrication. That’s not LARP, that’s supply chain reality.

We didn’t “hand them the reins.” Taiwan built TSMC through massive state investment and specialization while U.S. firms prioritized design over fabrication. It was market structure, not a gift basket from Intel.
