We have a reliable cure for TB, we didn’t have any treatments for covid in 2020 and still don’t have a cure.

Tuberculosis specifically has been developing antibiotic resistance, and even if we did have a cure for Covid the misinformation machine is powerful enough to completely undermine herd immunity
