Lotta spelling mistakes in the last comment. Basically, there’s no logical way this guy was trying to kill ice agents. He shot at the back of a van meant to hold immigrants, when he had a clear and stable view of ice agents in the front of it. He exclusively shot at areas that would hold immigrants, and the only people who died were immigrants.

He was aiming a scoped long range weapon at a car that was like, down the street from him. And parked. This guy 100 percent was not targeting ice agents.
