Well, most CP laws actually focus on the fact that a real life child had to be sexually exploited for the purpose of creating the material, that’s why nobody’s parents are criminals for having baby in the bathtub pictures, because it’s not sexual exploitation to put those in your family album. However, that same provision also allows for the AI loophole.

Well yeah but you gotta think like a lawyer to understand why new laws have to be made to replace old laws once a loophole has been found, like yeah most folks would think CP laws would apply to AI, but if you’re thinking like a lawyer, it’s pretty easy to find the loophole of “well, with the AI there’s no direct child exploitation” and the legal definition of CP requires direct exploitation. Thinking like a lawyer is fucked up sometimes but it’s really useful to understand things in America.

Especially since America is completely run by lawyers. Almost all of our leaders are lawyers, they think like lawyers, you gotta think like one to fully understand what they’re up to.
