I’m not fully convinced by either the original video or this CBS footage. As far as I can tell CBS shows a total of 4 kids entering. The original claim is that this daycare is receiving subsidies for 40 children. I don’t think there was enough information in the original video to tell whether fraud was taking place or not, but this certainly isn’t a sufficient rebuttal.

Do you think all daycares are at full capacity at all times. The burden is on the video and the people making the claim we don’t walk around assuming there’s constantly crimes going on.

I used to work in daycare. They’re not at typically at 100% capacity, but I’ve never heard of 10% capacity. The burden is on anyone making a definitive claim. If you’re claiming that this daycare is not committing fraud, you need to show sufficient evidence for that.

Im not saying I have 100% knowledge of it’s committing fraud or not I’m saying that shouldn’t be the assumption. Thats how society functions we assume businesses aren’t committing fraud on a massive scale. That’s cool have that random anecdotal experience if you listen to the video when cbs came to the center there was 12 kids there. Also btw the original claim of the video was there were zero kids there. Where are you getting the 40 number from anyway? They also show more than 4 kids coming in.
