I don’t think Trump can be VP though, the VP has to be Constitutionally eligible for the Presidency according to the 12th Amendment, which Donald Trump is not according to the 22nd. Some hack Republican lawyer would argue distinction between the 12th and the 22nd on the basis that the 22nd says “shall not be ELECTED more than two times” and the 12th refers to the original standards of eligibility (like being 35), but I really don’t think even our current dogwater ass SCOTUS would go for it.
