The founding fathers didn’t expect us to maintain the original constitution forever. It was supposed to be modified according to the needs of the time. But instead we worship the original text.

Like I just found out some uses of personal data and AI are free speech and that’s wild to me 😭 meanwhile the EU has data protection enshrined as a constitutional right since like 2000 (or 2009?)
