DEI does not lower standards. If you think hiring more black pilots means the pilots are worse, that’s racist. And by the way, Charlie was saying this in response to an airline company helping fund pilot school in the hopes that it would become more accessible to people from lower socioeconomic situations. No changed standards. Just funding school.
