Don’t rely on google AI. But the persecution of Christians in Israel is a real thing and is tied on the one hand to most Christians there being Arabs (and being persecuted for being Arabs) and on the other hand to religious Jewish supremacist groups (which are known to deface churches and Christian cemeteries)
